Coco and Benelli have lived with our family with 3 small children since they were puppies. Coco and Benelli are best friends, and have grown up together. They truly are inseparable!

Coco is wonderfully loving to our 3 young children, and takes it upon herself to ensure they are always safe when playing outdoors. True to her herding instincts, Coco is very protective of our family and property, and will let us know if strangers approach. She is in no way aggressive, and wiggles her bum with excitement for almost everything.

 

Coco is very active and hard-working, constantly looking to please us with completing any task provided to her. She can problem solve with ease. Her favourite activity is playing catch during the day, and snuggling on the couch to watch a movie at night! One of her favourite jobs is herding our chickens in and out of their coop. 

 

Coco loves country living, and enjoys freely exploring the land here on the Ranch with her best friend, Benelli. Coco is incredibly intelligent, and therefore was quite easy to train using "positive reinforcement" methods.

Benelli is our "snuggle bear". He is beloved by everyone for his calm, cuddly and gentle demeanor, yet is also incredibly protective of not only our family, but also of Coco. 

​

Benelli is perfectly content laying beside us and the children, snoozing on the deck in the fresh breeze. He longs for belly rubs and affectionate petting behind his ears throughout the day. He will use his snout to guide our hands to his head for snuggles when hanging out. 

 

Despite how sensitive Benelli can be, he is also astounding at working and instinctively securing any livestock that have wandered. He is strong and authoritative when he needs to be, and is an exceptional companion.

Similar to Coco, he is very intelligent and was also incredibly easy to train using "positive reinforcement" methods.
